James Smiley serves as General Manager for Flagstone Roofing across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, sales growth, and customer service excellence.
As a third-generation general contractor, James was raised around the values of hard work, integrity, and entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has helped build, scale, and advise companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. His experience includes growing multiple businesses into multi-million-dollar enterprises, participating in a Silicon Valley SaaS IPO, and consulting with executives and business owners across a variety of industries.

James has trained and coached thousands of sales professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs on sales, marketing, leadership, and business growth strategies. He is also an international best-selling author and respected business consultant who has worked with organizations including AT&T, Amazon, Facebook, and numerous high-growth companies.
For more than a decade, James has consulted with general contractors throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, helping improve customer experience, sales performance, operational efficiency, and company growth. When he’s not helping homeowners protect their biggest investment, James enjoys coaching youth and high school football, mentoring entrepreneurs, and spending time with his wife and five children.
