One day, Justin’s father expressed frustration with a company he was working for that wasn’t doing things right. Despite feeling stuck, he didn’t know what to do next.
That’s where Sara came in. With a background in business education and accounting, she saw an opportunity to help her family and start something new. She suggested they start a company together, with her managing the back end and Justin’s dad managing the jobs. And thus, Flagstone was born.
